Pre-paid orders
Free standard shipping on all orders QTR 200 and above. A charge of QTR 20 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the QTR 200 free shipping threshold. Orders received after 12pm will be processed on the next business day.

Processing orders takes one to two working days if the order is received before two in the afternoon, according to product availability. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

Cash on delivery

P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, we only ship to full addresses. See our Checkout Order Form for all mandatory location information we need to ship.

Please note that our courier does not operate on Friday’s. If you wish to receive your purchase on a Saturday, please place your order before 12pm on a Thursday to ensure timely delivery.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. They will strive to deliver your M·A·C Cosmetics Online purchase in the defined time period and shall make no less than two further attempts to deliver to the delivery address submitted. They shall obtain an electronic signature ‘proof of delivery’ which is required for confirmation purposes by M·A·C Cosmetics.

For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change.
